Refund policy
At Fozé, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day exchange and return policy under the following terms:
Conditions for Exchange and Returns
- Eligibility:
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
- The bag must be in unused, undamaged, and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Eligible Items:
- products with signs of damage, stains, wear, or alterations made after delivery are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Proof of Purchase:
- A valid receipt, order confirmation email, or proof of purchase is required.
Exchange Process
- You may exchange the product for a different design, color, or product of equal value, subject to availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, you can opt for store credit.
Return Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days once the returned item has been inspected and confirmed undamaged.
- Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit for future purchases.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect at delivery.
- For exchanges, shipping costs of the replacement item will be covered by Fozé (terms may vary).

- Provide your order details and specify whether you want an exchange, refund, or store credit.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your bag upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
